6 Pc Lot Dollhouse Miniature Furniture BESPAQ 1/12 Scale including one credenza with opening door which reveals three clear shelves - the piece also has sculpted details and legs likely made by Bespaq but unmarked. Lot also includes one credenza also with sculpted detailing made by Bespaq with six legs, one five-tiered corner curio cabinet shelving unit also likely made by Bespaq but unmarked and one sculpted side table by Fantastic Merchandise brand, one classic style mirror with velvet back and one grandfather clock also made by Fantastic Merchandise.

These pieces are used and from an Estate Collection and are in mostly good condition with very few marks, scratches, or other imperfections. The grandfather clock, however, is missing a pediment piece at the top and also has some additional scratching on the base.

This sale also includes a large assortment of over a dozen silver dining pieces by the iconic Eugene Kupjack and one rare sterling silver piece by noted silversmith William B. Please note that the pieces featured in this sale are used and pre-owned and sold AS IS. The pieces are mostly in good to very good condition or otherwise noted. Some pieces are in excellent condition. Some pieces may show expected signs of wear and tear due to their age and may need some light cleaning upon arrival. High resolution photos are provided in each listing and you are encouraged to enlarge the photos for a detailed viewing of each piece that you are interested in before choosing to place a bid. I am more than happy to answer any questions that you might have before the sale ends and endeavor to provide a quick reply. Remember: dollhouse miniatures have very small parts and are not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Your bid is your contract to buy, and all sales are final.  Please try and pay for your wins as soon as possible as I aim to pack and ship all orders within the first few days after a sale.

I combine shipments and refund back any shipping cost difference. I also handle all the wrapping and packing of the miniatures myself for safest transport, and I deliver each package to the post office myself.  Shipping costs and insurance are required to be paid by buyer. 

Here is a handy legend to read and understand my condition reports:

Excellent Condition = no marks, scratches or imperfections, piece is in pristine “original condition” – fabrics are color true without runs or pulls, original paint and finishes without color fading or defect

Very Good = no marks, scratches, or imperfections May show very slight to almost no defects – color true or mostly color true fabrics and paint finishes

Good Condition – very few marks, scratches or imperfections or color defects – may show some normal signs of wear and tear, color defect or other slight imperfections

Needs TLC: Mostly good structural condition, no major defects to parts, may be fixed successfully buy buyer with household tools and materials.

Poor condition: I don’t sell miniatures in poor condition!
