BUYERS SHALL be the sole judge of value. Especially in online auction, errors may occur in its operation and in the quality of the image, and Fern Antiques does not accept liability for such errors. 

FERN ANTIQUES DETERMINATION 

A property will sell to the highest bidder or the highest offer in determined in the exclusive judgment of Fern Antiques. 

COLLECTION AND SHIPPING Collection of property: The buyer will pay for the purchased property immediately at their expense not later than five (5) business days following the auction result Item is shipper as soon as payment has been verified by Fern Antiques. Fern Antiques will pack items for shipping carefully to make sure they will arrive safely. If the item is lost in the postal service the buyer has to file a complaint to the postal service and await a investigation. Any loss of the item or the value has to be directed towards the postal service. Fern Antiques is responsible for the shipping according to Ebay rules. If the item is damaged during transport the buyer has to cooperate with the courier and follow every step to make a claim possible such as photograph the package and item along with damages. If the buyer does not follow these rules it will not be possible to solve a damaged or lost item. If the buyer does not cooperate it will affect the possibility of a refund.
RETURNS 

Returns are accepted. Although the buyer has to pay for the return shipping and stands the risk of any damage of the item when returned.
