We provide complimentary estimates for items that are suitable for sale with us. Please submit items from your collection through our online consignment form. If your items are selected by us, our representatives will then contact you to discuss your item.
We conduct online-only auctions on BOCAuction.com to our clients within our buyers and bidders database.
You do not need to ship your items to our office in Belgium as usual. What you have to do is to ship the item to our winner/buyer thru our communication email to you. Our specialists will recommend an estimated range and reserve (minimum) price for your item. We can also advise you on how to transport your item to our buyer by your own shipper or one of our shipping partners in your country.
For every item, BOCAuction charges the seller a vendor’s commission and sale-related expenses which typically include advertising, marketing, seller premium, admin fee, and listing fee. Our specialists will discuss these charges with you at the time of item selected before listing.
After the auction or item is sold, BOCAuction will notify the seller as to the status of each item offered for sale. Provided payment has been received from the buyer, we will pay net sale proceeds (the hammer price less the vendor’s commission and sale-related expenses) to the seller approximately 35 calendar days after the auction. In the unlikely event that your property does not sell, we will be in touch to discuss the next steps.
