Welcome to my store at LEXUS COLLECTION! Here I am selling stuff from my collection and major from them are in the category of used items. For all conditions of the items please refer to the photos in my listing. Vintage and old staff from Malaysia!

NOTE: EU law allows EU residents to return an item by contacting the seller within 14 days.

Buyer can always CANCEL ORDER within 2 days after the payment.

PLS NOTE:
The buyer is responsible for supplying the correct address information. Major of our items sold are not accepted to return. BUT In some items, we accept returns (Please check the item description, If we DO NOT include "We Accept of Return For This Item" OR "30days Money Back Guarantee" it means the item cannot be returned. IF we INCLUDED "We Accept of Return For This Item" OR "30days Money Back Guarantee" this means we accept buyers to return the item by contacting us within 14 days upon you receiving the item, with our return policy below:

RETURN POLICY:
1. Buyer will pay for the return shipping fee
2. We will inspect the item upon receiving (normally will take up to 7days)
3. Return restocking fee will be charged 25%
4. All tax/VAT will not be returned.
5. Please note Return Policy only valid on items that we are accepting of Return only. On items that we Do Not accept of return. We will not entertain your request.

RENTING POLICY:
IF you are a sales gallery/exhibition owner that wants to display our artworks for sales but don't want to buy for the artwork, an art lover that just wants to keep the artwork for temporary, movie shooting, events, company/office display...etc, You are welcome to contact us.

1. Our fee will be daily 2.5% ONLY based on the item price. (the first and second items will be 3%. more than 2 items, the charges will be just 2.5%)
2. Full amount needs to be paid before we shipped the item, as a security deposit to us.
3. Example: The artwork price is $100.00 you RENT for 10 days. And ship the item return back to us, The total charge will be 10 x $2.50 = $25.00 (The balance of $75 will be refunded to you)
4. Once the item is shipped by the shipping company's tracking code. The renting fee will be stopped counting from the date.
5. Return shipping fee will be paid by the buyer.
6. We will take up to 7 working days to send the balance back to you.
7. We always expect you to buy the artwork because you love it BUT NOT buy and try luck to resell just hope to earn more from what you pay. Some buyers buy and resell at a higher price, some may not. This is always a risky way for you. IF, you are running an art dealer business, please always Buy by Rent with our term above.
8. All our artworks are listed to sell at a very low price and acceptable price for own/personal/private collection. All our artworks are sold within the manner of the artist and we cannot guarantee authenticity.
