If, your buyer forget to pay, please contact him/her via our messaging system. If you failed to reach the buyer, please open a ticket to us. Or you can cancel the sale and request for refund on the selling fee you paid. Request of refund on the selling fee may take up to 7 days. We will contact you either the request is approved.
