How to consign my items to BOC AUCTION HOUSE?

How many items can you help to sell? 

• Unlimited

Who will pay for my items listing fee, catalog fee, marketing....etc 

• We will pay for it

How much is the Seller Premium?

• Our auction partner takes 15% and we take 25%. 

How much to pay for an item listing to your partner platform? 

• Depends on what the item is, and we will select the best platform to sell your item through our auction partner. Listing fees on our auction partners vary from $1275 to $3650 for the first 50 items.

What we will do to sell your items?

• We will have a professional photographer and studio to shoot items and a listing team to write the description, photograph, advertising, and marketing....etc 

How much to set the Reserve price?

• It depends on the seller to set a reserve price or without. To get higher chances to sell, we suggest not to set the reserve price. 

What about if my item is unsold? 

• IF the item is without a reserve price, there is no unsold item fee
• IF, the item with reserve price, we will charge a minimum 1% to 5% based on how much the reserve price that set by the seller. 
• Reserve price below $10k - 5%, below $50k - 3%, below $100k - 2%, above $100k - 1%.
• Unsold items will be released at our next auction.

When will i get my payment?

• it will just take 30 days after the item arrives to the buyer without any issue/complain 

Where do i need to ship my items to? 

• Please ship it with a tracker where you and we will be able to trace the shipment. Update us with the tracking number.  Ship it to our collection counter at the address:  BOC AUCTION HOUSE (Consignment dept)   B- 48 JALAN KWENG UMAT,  18500 MACHANG KELANTAN,  MALAYSIA. TEL: +6017-6520838. 

Note: Please write/print your Consignment Number and data below on plain paper and attach it to your items. So, we know that is from you.
